The 451 Putnam Avenue project consisted of a renovation to the existing brick building and an addition in the rear for a stair tower and wheelchair lift and an addition in the front for an elevator, offices and community room. The entire project is approximately 15,000 gross square feet. Geo thermal wells were installed for the heating and cooling of this facility.
