Back to Completed Project Listing The 451 Putnam Avenue project consisted of a renovation to the existing brick building and an addition in the rear for a stair tower and wheelchair lift and an addition in the front for an elevator, offices and community room. The entire project is approximately 15,000 gross square feet. Geo thermal wells were installed for the heating and cooling of this facility.

Exterior/interior Painting, Fire Protection Specialties, Toilet and Bath Accessories, Postal Specialties, Bath Specialties, Residential Appliances, Kitchen & Bath Cabinets, Horizontal Louver Blinds and Floor Mats, Elevators, Wheel Chair Lifts, Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC and Controls, Geothermal System, Electrical Systems and Fire Alarm Systems, and Building Systems Commissioning
