This is the most traditional form of contracting where LaRosa Building Group (LBG) is employed directly by a client to build a project that has been designed by an Architect or Engineer.

LBG will assume complete construction responsibility, hire and pay all sub-contractors, ensure plans are adhered to and building codes are met, coordinate schedule and budget, and deliver a complete project.
