LaRosa Building Group (LBG) will supply both design as well as construction services. While working closely with the client, LBG will use their in-house design capability, or employ a design professional with experience suitable to the project. Then LBG will develop the design and construct the project as a fully integrated team.

This is referred to as “TURN-KEY” construction, since LBG is responsible for all facets of the building process, and simply "turns over the key" when complete.
