Design / Build. Work included the design and construction of a 8,200 s.f.. fire station. Sitework was demanding due to small, irregular shaped lot with existing utilities located both below and above the construction site.
Project included apparatus bays for (4) vehicles with automatic vapor recovery systems and “firehouse” epoxy floor system. Ancillary rooms included full “blood-borne pathogen” and S.C.B.A. room. Other areas provided included: Chief’s office, conference room, dispatch center, “day room”, kitchen, training / community meeting room, male & female bunk rooms and toilet / showers, exercise room, and public restrooms.
