When the client wants more control over a project, or when they prefer specific sub-contractors, LaRosa Building Group (LBG) will function as the construction manager. The owner's responsibility includes managing contracts directly with each sub-contractor and controlling payments to them.

As Construction Manager, LBG will provide the design team with ideas based on their construction experience. LBG will coordinate the actions of all sub-contractors, maintain project schedule, and ensure all trades are performing according to plans and specifications. LBG will also review/approve all payment applications for the owner.
