Ohio Casualty Group Platinum Safety Award

On May 9, 2006 the Ohio Casualty Group presented LaRosa Building Group, LLC with the prestigious Platinum Safety
Award for the policy year of February 13, 2005 to February 13, 2006.

The Platinum Safety Award is presented to firms that have displayed an outstanding commitment to workplace safety and loss prevention. This honor is given to less than .5% of commercial clients of the Ohio Casualty Group.

In June of 2007, the National Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. presented LaRosa Building Group, LLC with the prestigious STEP Gold Safety
Award for its gold level of achievement and ongoing efforts in the development of a quality safety program for 2007.

John Boguslawski
Operations Support - Safety


Mr. Boguslawski is an innovative engineering professional in the field of Occupational Safety and Health. With over 19 years of experience, his major strengths are in conducting workplace safety inspections, evaluating work practices and conditions, proactive problem solving, employee training, ergonomic assessments, developing policies and management systems to eliminate injuries to employees and establishing workplace compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Mr. Boguslawski has provided safety and health support for Select Energy Services/Contracting, Inc. a subsidiary of Northeast Utility. He has assisted SESI/SECI management in the administration of its Occupational Safety and Health programs, by serving as both a technical and internal management consulting resource regarding injury and illness prevention, training and regulatory compliance.

John also developed and implemented Pratt & Whitney’s Materials and Technology Laboratory energy LockOut/TagOut program. While conducting testing and training for their respirator program, he provided expertise and oversight in work site inspections and audits and acted as a day-to-day resource for employees with regard to their Environmental, Health and Safety programs.
