The 15,300 SF dining facility is on the 1st floor of a 3 story building.
The duration of the project was an aggressive 71 days including weekends and holidays.

- Furniture
- Kitchen and Food Service Equipment
- Srinkler System Upgrades
- High end finishes (including Granite Counter Tops, Plasma TVs, Lighting Fixtures)
- Installation of new fire alarm system and electrical service
- New Grease Duct exhaust and hoods
LaRosa Building Group was honored with an ABC Excellence in Construction Award for this project in January 2008.
